I have a sweet spot for strawberries. And a place full of strawberries? I'm all in. While Karl's has grown into a large strawberry-themed family park with several locations by now, it started as a family business. We visited often during family vacations while I was a teen, and it was one of the first spots I fell in love with for its genius loci. The handmade strawberry products, the well-thought-out fun attractions, and every cute detail are just amazing. Once we also visited their hotel made out of pallets and recycled materials, and I can't even describe how fun this unusual hotel room was!
